• Unlimited Referral Bonusesup to $1,000 Duties Responsibilities Endoscopy Nurses (RN) areregistered nurses with expertise in Endoscopy with an understandingin physiology, pathophysiology, endoscopy procedures andpharmacodynamics of conscious sedation anesthesia and analgesia.
• Performs assessment/data collection in an ongoing and systematicmanner, focusing on physiologic, psychobiologic and cognitive needsof the patient/family. Utilizes assessment data in formulatingnursing diagnoses.
• Provides technical assistance duringdiagnostic and therapeutic Endoscopic procedures, ensuring safeworking practice.
• Maintains personal contact with patients andrelatives, being sensitive to their needs for courtesy, dignity andprivacy and ensuring a friendly environment at all times.
• Stores,checks and administers medication in accordance with establishedstandards and guidelines.
• Maintains timely and accurate nursingrecords and ensuring that confidentiality is respected.
