Registered Nurse Cloud Space LLC Newport, VT 05855 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care in various settings, including home care and critical care environments. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing nursing interventions to ensure optimal health outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status and vital signs. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans. Provide direct patient care in home care, pediatrics, ICU, and other critical settings. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately. Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies through health coaching. Perform catheter care and assist with family planning services as needed. Utilize electronic health record systems such as Cerner for accurate documentation of patient information. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Experience in home care or critical care preferred. Proficient in basic life support (BLS) techniques. Strong knowledge of vital signs monitoring and assessment skills. Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus. Familiarity with ICU protocols and procedures is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing patient records and care plans. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.
