Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) Rehabilitation Unit on the night shift . This role involves providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals recovering from surgeries, illness, or injury, with a focus on rehabilitation and functional improvement. The position offers a guaranteed 40 hours per week and a competitive weekly gross pay of $2,406 .

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care based on individualized rehabilitation plans. Perform assessments, administer medications, and execute treatments per physician orders. Monitor and document resident condition changes and report critical findings promptly. Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab team (PT, OT, ST, social work) to enhance patient outcomes. Educate residents and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and wellness strategies. Adhere to all facility, state, and federal regulations and infection control protocols. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Support continuity of care and promote safety during overnight hours.
