• Progressive Care Unit Rutland-VT-05701-United StatesThe Unit LNA provides supportive bedside nursing care to patientsas well as related non-professional services under the directsupervision of a registered nurse.

Serving as part of the team, theUnit LNA also performs basic administrative and clerical activitiesto support the operations and general workflow of the unit(s) towhich they are assigned. Minimum Education

• High School Graduateor Equivalent, or evidence of graduation within one year, required.

Minimum Work Experience

• Previous hospital or nursing home LNAexperience, preferred.
• Previous secretarial or administrativeexperience preferred. Required Licenses/Certifications
• CurrentVermont State License.
• BLS Certification through American HeartAssociation.
• Unit-specific certifications as required (ex. CRAT)per specific department operational framework.
• Within 12 monthsof hire. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
• Ability toreport patient care observations, deviations from patient’s plan ofcare and other pertinent information under the direct supervisionof the Registered Nurse.
• Ability to assist with moving or liftingpatients and equipment.
• Demonstrated moderate knowledge ofmedical terminology.
• Demonstrated moderate knowledge of basiccomputer skills. Pay Range = $19.29
