Job Title:
Hospice RN Assignment Length:
20 weeks with possible extension
Location :
Barre, VT Shift:
4 days per week•Friday-Monday 8AM-5PM, and acts as after hours on-call triage and runner Friday 5PM-Monday 8AM (M-F first week to facilitate orientation)
Pay Rate:
$75/hour OT•Time & 1/2 •Looking for a nurse with NO time off requests for this contract•
Experience:
Experience with hospice case management required Experience providing hospice care in a home setting required. Prior experience with rural travel preferred. Experience with McKesson/Netsmart EMR preferred
Job Requirements:
Active VT RN License Current BLS/CPR Certification (preferably from AHA) Fully Vaccinated against Covid-19 Who We Are?
