• 7:30 AM | 12-Hour Night Shifts Every Other Weekend & Holiday Coverage as Needed No On-Call HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel RN for a night shift Med Surg position at a 35-bed critical access hospital in historical Windsor, Vermont .

This role serves in a dual capacity within acute rehab and medical-surgical settings , making it ideal for nurses with both acute and rehab experience.

Unit & Role Overview:

Setting:

Acute Rehab/Med Surg

• Float between units as needed

Patient Ratio:

1:4-5

Average Census:

22 patients

EMR:

Cerner May serve as Backup Charge RN

• Charge experience is required Provides total patient care coordination, education, and leadership within the interdisciplinary team

Requirements:

2+ years of recent Med Surg & Acute Rehab RN experience

• Required Previous Travel Experience (minimum 3 months)
• Required Charge Nurse Experience

• Required Certifications:

  BLS (AHA)

• Required ACLS (AHA)
• Required BSN
