Summary We are seeking a Patient Registration Representative to join our team at Eastern Shore Children’s Clinic. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and their families, ensuring a smooth registration process and maintaining accurate health information. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our mission to provide outstanding pediatric care. Responsibilities Greet patients and their families upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage patient registration processes efficiently, including collecting necessary information and documentation. Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Schedule appointments and manage the medical calendar effectively. Assist with insurance verification and processing patient information for billing purposes. Respond to patient inquiries and provide information about clinic services. Requirements Proven experience in front desk or medical office settings preferred. Strong knowledge of health information management practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with medical scheduling software is a plus.
