Responsibilities:
Accurately enter patient information into registrationsystem. Perform quality control checks on registration data. Assist patients complete necessary registration. Keep work area clean, organized and professional. Receptive to feedback and strives for continuousimprovement. Flexible and adaptable to change. Collect co-pays and other payments from patients.
Qualifications:
Education High School Education or equivalent. Working knowledge of Medical Terminology required. Experience One year clerical experience and six months healthcareexperience are required. Expertise in customer relations, telephone skills and computerapplications. Some computer experience required. Medical and insurance experience required. Must be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM. (Above requirementscan be met by equivalent combination of education and experience)Compensation/Benefits $14.86-$24.87/hr depending on previous work experience.
