Qualified applicants will possess:
a high school diploma or GED at least 2 years of medical practice experience in a clerical, patient-facing role a demonstrable understanding of health insurance experience reading patient accounts on an EMR and understanding how to determine patient financial responsibility experience collecting money from patients at time of service Ideal applicants will possess all of the above, but 3+ years of experience in a medical office setting. Check-in/out Verify Insurance Work as team and individually Greet patients Qualified candidates will posess: Excellent customer service skills 1 year experience in a PT setting Experience Required 1 year(s): Medical Reception Education Required High School or better
