Description About the Role We are seeking a Patient Registration Representative to support the Emergency Department and other areas for one of our clients. This is a dynamic opportunity for a customer-service-driven professional looking to grow within a supportive, fast-paced hospital environment. This position is in the Mobile, AL area. Key Responsibilities + Register patients and verify insurance details with precision + Interpret physician orders and coordinate bed assignments + Update patient demographic and insurance information + Guide patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism + Prepare and scan documents into the electronic medical record system + Obtain and validate insurance cards and eligibility + Assemble and manage patient charts and documentation + Handle administrative tasks like faxing, copying, and inventory control + Assist in resolving patient account issues

Requirements Required Qualifications:
