$42K – $49.6K a year 2 days ago Qualifications Microsoft Word Public Relations Microsoft Excel Sales Mid-level Master’s degree Bachelor’s degree Marketing Full Job Description Admissions Coordinator (CHS-Graduate Programs) Montgomery, AL, USA Full Time Faulkner University is seeking a qualified individual to serve as Admissions Coordinator for the College of Health Sciences (CHS) graduate programs. The selected individual will serve as an advisor, counselor, and interpreter of the University’s policies to individuals seeking admission to the University and assist in recruitment and enrollment marketing directives for the College of Health Sciences graduate programs. Faulkner University is a Christian university affiliated with the churches of Christ. This is a full-time (40+ hours per week) position.
Summary of Duties:
Assist the CHS Director of Admissions in overseeing the CHS admissions processes Work as an active member of the CHS Admissions Team under the leadership of the CHS Director of Admissions Develop and maintain general working knowledge of Financial Aid and CHS program tuition in order to counsel prospective students Provide immediate and frequent follow up with prospective students, applicants and non-returning students; contact on a regular basis and update student profiles Complete preliminary reviews of prospective students which includes pre-screening applicants in the CAS (Central Application Service) portal systems, transcript review, and communicating with programs when admission questions arise; collect documents needed for completion of academic and financial aid files prior to registration Schedule and hold recruiting functions as required; achieve established recruiting goals for CHS Assist in both the planning and implementing of CHS related events with prospective students, current students, staff, faculty and alumni, including event registrations and follow-up surveys Assist in developing marketing campaigns, contributing to social media, and creating content such as pictures, videos, reels, and graphic design materials when needed Maintain active and ongoing communications with Faulkner undergraduate students on CHS Graduate Program and Nursing tracks and CHS alumni Travel as necessary for recruiting, professional development, registrations, and public relations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred General knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft 365
Preferred Qualifications:
