Lead Intake Coordinator 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars 2345 Pelham Parkway, Pelham, AL 35124 Job Overview We’re hiring a receptionist/assistant to be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll handle new lead calls and online form submissions, gather the necessary project and contact info, and input it all into our systems (Buildertrend and spreadsheets). You don’t need to be a contractor, but knowing the basics of home construction will help. Our clients expect helpful answers, and we’ll train you to speak their language. Key Responsibilities Answer and return calls from prospective customers Review and follow up on website form submissions Record contact info, project scope, and preferred call-back times Enter lead data into Buildertrend and shared spreadsheets Follow up for missing information when needed Help manage front office tasks as needed Support with admin tasks like document creation, reports, and research Ensure all written communication and data entry is completed with correct spelling and grammar. Skills and Qualities We’re Looking For Friendly, clear communicator (phone and written) Fast and accurate typing Comfortable with spreadsheets and cloud tools Calm under pressure, good problem solver Organized and able to prioritize Previous admin or customer service experience (construction a plus) Familiarity with Buildertrend is great but not required What You Can Expect from Us A close-knit team that has your back Clear expectations and supportive leadership Respect for your time and effort Monday to Friday work schedule (no weekends) Opportunities to grow into more responsibility
