In this role, you will coordinate the certification of the enrollment process, manage application processing for various educational programs, and provide essential support and training to frontline staff. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Enrollment Certification Coordinate the entire certification of enrollment process to meet student needs. Oversee the completion of transient student forms and ensure timely processing. Evaluate and edit data files for enrollment submissions, maintaining compliance with university, state, and national guidelines. Ensure accurate and timely submission of enrollment data to the National Student Clearinghouse. Application Processing & Program Coordination Assist in coordinating application processing for non-degree enrollment and tuition waiver programs, including the Employee Education Program, State Agency Employee Tuition Fee Waiver, and Santa Fe-UF Employee Education Exchange Program. Manage the daily workload and prioritize tasks to support a cohesive intake process. Collaborate with students and academic departments to ensure an efficient process. Support programs such as the University’s Distance Education Programs, High School Dual Enrollment, and Special Programs. Frontline Support Provide comprehensive support to frontline staff handling complex client inquiries and procedural challenges. Update staff on policy and procedural changes by delivering area-specific training sessions related to the certification of enrollment process. Participate in area and office-wide meetings as both a contributor and presenter. Other Duties Assist with the selection, training, supervision, and performance evaluation of Federal Work Study student assistants and OPS staff. Continually review internal processes, systems, and record-keeping methods to recommend improvements and streamline Registrar operations. Research and analyze complex issues, implementing effective resolutions. Perform additional duties as assigned. This position is located at the University of Florida’s main campus in Gainesville, FL. The selected candidate will work on site and may be eligible for a flexible, hybrid work arrangement in accordance with the University of Florida and Division of Enrollment Management’s policies.

Expected Salary:
