Responsibilities:

Admissions Coordinator The Admissions Coordinatoris responsible for coordinating all admissions into the Care Centerand acting as the liaison between external referral sources andinternal transfers. This position is responsible for completingMedicare documentation and other admission documentation andfacilitating communication of admission to Care Center departments.

Qualifications:

The qualified applicants are required to possess1-3 years admissions experience in a skilled nursing facility.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability torespond to common inquiries or complaints from residents,regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Musthave knowledge of Medicare requirements, be organized and accuratethe with ability to multitask. Proficient with Microsoft Office.

High school graduate or possess a GED equivalent is required Theapplication window is anticipated to close within 30 days of thedate of the posting.

Pay Range:

USD $21.36 – USD $26.70 /Hr.
