What will you come with:

Minimum of two (2) year of healthcare experience, in home healthcare preferred. Specialized knowledge Knowledge of the Home Health Services Knowledge of referral/authorization process Knowledge of computer clinical programs such EHR/EMR system(s) Skills & Abilities Great communication skills, both written and spoken. Bi-lingual preferred Strong organization skills and be detail oriented. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
