Intake Coordinators Location:

Miramar, FL Schedule:

Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00

PM Pay:

$18/hour

Overview:

Intake Coordinators are responsible for processing incoming referrals from hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, primary care providers (PCPs), and specialists. The role includes verifying insurance eligibility for home services such as nursing, medication, and durable medical equipment.

Skills and Experience Required:

2+ years of healthcare experience Effective verbal and written communication skill Ability to use various computer programs and applications, IE EMR/EHR Ability to self-motivate and work independently Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Bilingual Spanish a plus Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
