Intake Coordinator Position Available In Duval, Florida

Intake Coordinator 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars 7785 Baymeadows Way, Jacksonville, FL 32256 PHYSNET is seeking a full-time, bi-lingual helpful, Intake and Scheduling Coordinator. This position is responsible for gathering necessary data and information needed to coordinate patient services.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Input patient data into the system accurately Coordinate and schedule patient treatment sessions Gather any missing data needed. Communicate with Case Managers or Adjusters to obtain proper authorizations. Communicate with Providers to obtain prescriptions. Deliver the highest level of customer service to ensure Onsite Physio’s service level criteria is carried out.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma or equivalent required

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and general computer skills Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task Experience processing Workers Compensation medical referrals preferred Knowledge of medical coding and billing preferred Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner

Spanish Helpful Schedule:

Monday to Friday – 11:30AM – 8:00PM No weekends
