Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9:30am – 6pm Shift differential will apply to hours worked after 6 pm on weekdays or any hours on the weekend. Touchstone Imaging has an entry-level Patient Service Representative in Pensacola, FL. No medical experience required! We are looking for a customer-service focused candidate that is looking to excel in a medical office setting!
Duties & Responsibilities:
Schedule Patients for Diagnostic Exams and Procedures Assist with Authorization and Verifications Checking In / Out Patients Answering Multiple Phone Lines Provide Accurate and Complete Information to
Billing Office Insurance Verification Ensure Accuracy of Patient Data Entered Into System Process Requests and Filing of Patient Records Requirements:
