Intake Coordinator Responsibilities:

Client communication Managing client and caregiver intake calls Providing exemplary customer service Assisting with home assessment and other office tasks as needed

Intake Coordinator Requirements:

Experience

• One year experience in a home care setting preferred Education
• High school diploma Skills
• Exceptional customer service skills, time management skills, excellent communication skills Characteristics
• This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.
