Intake Coordinator Oliver & Fox, P.A. 13031 West Linebaugh Avenue, Tampa, FL 33626 Job description Oliver & Fox, PA, represents injured workers and first responders in workers’ compensation claims across the state. The office is located in Tampa/Westchase. We are seeking a full-time Intake Coordinator to join our established, growing law firm. The ideal candidate should possess the following experience / skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal / customer service skills with the ability to maintain a positive attitude Proficient with Adobe, Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent organization skills with great attention to detail and accuracy Ability to navigate and prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Performing new client intakes Assisting with answering the phones Obtaining signed retainer agreements from new clients Opening new matters in the firm’s practice management system Obtaining medical records Communicating with clients, doctors’ offices, and records providers Monitoring deadlines Basic office functions (mail, copying, scanning, faxing, etc) Performing additional duties as required Assist the Admin staff and Paralegal staff as needed Please e-mail your resume, together with a cover letter containing your salary requirements and job references.
