ABOUT NAVIGATE HEALTH AND WELLNESS

Our office hours are Monday and Thursday 9:30am

  • 7:00 pm, Tuesday 12:00pm
  • 7:00 pm (with team meeting and training), Wednesday 7:30am
  • 12:30pm, and Friday (By Appt Only) 9:00am
  • 12:00pm.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NEW PATIENT CONCIERGE

Our New Patient Concierge is the heart of our patient transformation process. 75% of your role focuses on conducting new patient consultations, presenting care recommendations, and guiding families through their health journey. You pride yourself in building genuine trust and rapport as you educate patients about Navigate’s holistic approach to generational health. 25% of your role supports essential practice operations including consultation scheduling, patient coordination, and ensuring exceptional patient experience from first contact through care completion. You answer questions, openly share our life-changing services, and are passionate about helping families achieve optimal health. At the end of the day, your role is to drive practice growth through consultation excellence while ensuring our patients feel safe, valued, and inspired in our care!

QUALIFICATIONS WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

At least 3 years of professional sales experience (preferably selling $2,000+ products/services) Communication Expert Spanish speaking highly preferred (not required) College degree preferred Skillset should include: Unshakable Passion & Purpose Magnetic People Skills Bold Confidence (Rooted in Care) Dependable & Adaptable Growth-Oriented & Educated Results-Driven Performance
