We do a wide variety of procedures including cosmetic rehabilitations, implant placements, root canals, and minor orthodontics using clear aligners that we fabricate using the latest 3D printing technology. We also have a strong hygiene program and love taking care of families, providing whatever routine dentistry they need. Job Overview As a Patient Service Coordinator, you will be the face of our dental practice, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth patient experience. Your primary focus will be on coordinating patient appointments, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the overall operations of the office. Key Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in procedures. Manage patient appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal scheduling for both the patients and the dental practitioners. Serve as the main point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions, providing exceptional customer service at all times. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, manage patient files, and handle administrative tasks such as patient registration, insurance verification, and billing processes. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow, assist in treatment plan coordination, and follow up on patient appointments and referrals. Explain treatment costs, process insurance claims, and assist patients with financial arrangements and payment plans when necessary. Experience At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a customer service or related role. Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus. Proficiency in using office software and basic computer skills. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and empathetic approach towards patients. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
