JOB SUMMARY

The Call Center Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction by offering effective solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines when handling various topics.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and alternatives.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by going the extra mile to engage them.
  • Accurately document all conversations in the call center database in a clear and comprehensive manner.
  • Achieve personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Provide accurate and satisfactory answers to customer queries and concerns.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering appropriate solutions and follow-up actions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Must comply with HIPPA requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
  • Ability to work independently with self-direction and flexibility.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
  • Strong customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for patient interactions.
  • Active listening skills to determine customer needs and the best course of action.
  • Patience and friendliness in dealing with all types of customers.
