The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations of our dental practice, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients while efficiently handling administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with dental terminology and office management systems. Duties Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process. Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits using our scheduling system. Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Process patient insurance claims and verify coverage. Handle phone inquiries and provide information regarding services offered. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Utilize Eaglesoft or similar dental software for patient management and record keeping. Communicate effectively with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care. Requirements Previous experience in a medical or dental administrative support role is preferred. Familiarity with dental terminology, ICD-10 coding, and office management practices. Proficiency in using front desk systems and software, including Eaglesoft. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while providing exceptional customer service.
