Compensation:

$ 24-25/hour About the Role As a Patient Success Representative, you’ll be the friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for patients. Key Responsibilities Gather and update patient information, contact details, and demographics Follow up with patients to ensure their concerns and questions are fully addressed Deliver exceptional support with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency Coordinate lab appointments and distribute lab requisition forms Assist with compliance reporting and task management for each client Manage patient records and communications using advanced CRM and EMR tools

Qualifications :
