We are seeking a Sales & Intake Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales acumen with empathy, professionalism, and a client-focused mindset. You will serve as a key point of contact for prospective clients—conducting consultations, guiding them through the intake process, and supporting the intake team to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience. Compensation:
$50,000 base
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities Include:
Conducting in-person and virtual consultations with prospective clients Guiding clients through the decision-making process with empathy and clarity Overseeing the intake team to ensure timely, accurate scheduling and follow-up Collaborating with leadership to optimize intake workflows and client experience Tracking key performance metrics and contributing to firm growth through high-conversion consultations
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:
