Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls, emails, and SMS inquiries with professionalism Insurance eligibility and benefit verification Understanding of medical terminology related to insurance and developmental needs Schedule initial and ongoing appointments Collaborate with therapy team to build and maintain caseload schedules Support billing processes and maintain patient records Perform general clerical tasks and maintain office cleanliness

Job Qualifications:

Medical Assistant with minimum of 1 year of experience working in a medical office (preferably in a pediatric therapy practice) Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs Previous experience using EMR systems Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
