JOB PURPOSE
: The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for answering incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, offering service to people with substance abuse/mental health related rehabilitation questions and concerns. This position is also responsible for scheduling and completing the qualifying process, assisting clients with insurance information collection, potential private pay consideration and file processing. This position is of critical importance to the corporation and is the primary source of revenue. Very valuable calls and assets are made available to ensure quality call flow, lead generation, PPC Campaigns, Social media campaigns and referrals. Answer a multi-line telephone system in a polite, upbeat and friendly manner. Correctly documents his/her hours into Supreme Treatment Center web clock system Follows and conforms to Supreme Treatment Center drug and alcohol work policy Always practice customer service etiquette. Utilize available resources and follow protocol to answer questions, ask qualifying questions and educate callers. Gather client information, treatment history, and insurance information. Follow HIPAA regulations always, regarding client information. Understand federal and state requirements regarding client confidentiality and the principles of maintaining protected health information (PHI). Qualify potential clients and log all information into Salesforce and Call Tracking Software. Communicate with Admissions Managers about the status of qualifying clients. Accurately review compliance checklist with caller. Follow up with your call leads and team mates regularly. Verify benefits with complete and accurate information. Communicate and work effectively with all team members and supervisors. Attend and participate in company meetings and training.
