We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinical Patient Access Representative. As a Clinical Patient Access Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients. Duties:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Enter customer data accurately into the system using data entry skills
  • Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to meet call center goals and objectives
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies
  • Follow call center scripts and guidelines to provide consistent service
  • Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology or experience in a medical office is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
