ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Work independently while accurately responding to patient questions by applying to learn as well as leveraging tools and resources provided Successful navigation of electronic health record (EHR) system to create patient records, schedule or modify appointments, and verify information Consistently demonstrate a positive, collaborative attitude through empathy and professionalism in all interactions with patients, providers, and other company employees. Fully comply with all HIPPA policies and procedures Meets or exceeds personal performance targets for Answer Rate, Unavailable Time, Adherence to Schedule, Average Handle Time, and Appointment Conversion Rate. Locating proper queues or offices and transferring patients as appropriate Other duties as assigned. Education
- This position requires completing at least a High School Degree or equivalent. Experience
