We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinical Patient Access Representative. As a Clinical Patient Access Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients. The Clinical Patient Access Representative position is tailored towards individuals with experience in the clinical setting who are looking to transition from hands-on clinical environments to an interactive desk-based role.

Duties:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Enter customer data accurately into the system using data entry skills
  • Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to meet call center goals and objectives
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies
  • Follow call center scripts and guidelines to provide consistent service
  • Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology or experience in a medical office is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
