This role involves managing census and revenue goals. Key Responsibilities Admissions Process Management Oversee and review the admissions referrals, documentation , and the onboarding of new residents. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to determine the facility’s ability to meet the needs of prospective residents. Ensure that all admission paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations .
