RESPONSIBLE FOR
Performs all functions of case finding, abstraction, database maintenance, report production, and patient follow-up for the trauma registry.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
Minimum of Associate Degree in health-related field.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Entry level – no experience required.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
RN licensure preferred. Certified Specialist in Trauma Registry (CSTR) preferred. One year experience in medical coding in a hospital setting is preferred. Work experience of at least two years with strong emphasis on data integrity and analysis is preferred.
