The person filling this role should maintain a positive, patient-oriented, well-informed approach to greet visitors, manage issues, explain and communicate as needed to deliver exceptional customer service assistance for every person who walks through our doors. As a Lead, they will work with our Front Desk Coordinator to maintain effective workflows and communication between our offices and provide general leadership for all Front Desk functions in the Oconee Office. As a member of the Front Desk Team, they will primarily be responsible for a check-out role: collecting payments, verifying insurance, scheduling follow-up appointments, verifying accurate information for pharmacy, referrals, and patient records, and also participate in the projects of that team.
