What You’ll Be Doing:
Own the First Impression
- Greet patients, schedule appointments, and manage check-ins. Master the Details
- Collect and verify patient information, insurance, and payments. Keep Things Running Smoothly
- Maintain organized records, troubleshoot registration issues, and support clinical teams. Be a Problem Solver
- Navigate insurance processes, answer patient questions, and provide top-tier service.
What You Bring to the
Team:
A people-first mindset
- You love helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience in healthcare front office
- 2+ years of scheduling, insurance verification, or patient services. Tech-savviness
- Familiarity with EMR systems and strong data entry skills. A drive to grow
