Intake Coordinator 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars Clarkston, GA 30021 • Hybrid work Intake Coordinator (Mental Health Services) We’re seeking a highly organized and clinically experienced Intake Coordinator to lead our referral and assessment process. This role includes supervising a team of 6-10 assessors, ensuring timely and effective clinical assessments, and providing a warm, respectful intake experience for individuals entering our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client admissions, assessments, and treatment goal planning Supervise assessors, coordinate training and staff development Conduct PRN assessments and maintain a small caseload (2-4 clients) Maintain quality assurance, compliance, and timely documentation Collaborate with community partners, courts, schools, and providers Assist with audits and ensure high standards across intake services
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, or related field Clinical and supervisory experience in mental health Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills If you’re passionate about guiding people toward recovery and enjoy leading a team in a dynamic, supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you!
