This position plays a key role in managing student registration, supporting outreach and recruitment efforts, and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the school office. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working in a dynamic educational environment. Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Registration and Records Complete all student registration and enrollment processes Maintain accurate student and staff records, including files, forms, and digital databases. Update and manage the official school calendar in collaboration with school leadership. Recruitment and Outreach Create and implement social media campaigns to promote enrollment and community engagement. Conduct outreach to local families, community partners, and networks to recruit new students. Represent the school at community events and open houses. Office Management Perform general office duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors. Write internal and external documentation, newsletters, and official correspondence. Create and manage daily routines such as attendance tracking, communications, and supply ordering. Event and Program Support Assist with the planning and execution of school field trips, fundraisers, and events. Support school leadership with scheduling, logistics, and coordination of volunteers and staff. Academic & Administrative Collaboration Work closely with the Principal and academic staff to support student success. Assist with basic office support Support the coordination of academic records and advising-related documentation as needed. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in customer service. Background in social media management and community outreach. Proficiency in office software (Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality. Experience in academic advising, teaching, or student services is a plus. Work Environment Located on-site at a Montessori school. Collaborative and mission-driven school culture with a strong emphasis on community and child development. Schedule 9:00am – 6:00pm
