As a Patient Service Representative (PSR), you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes patients and families to our center. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a smooth and positive experience, from registration through discharge. You’ll handle patient check-ins, insurance verification, payments, and administrative support with a calm and professional approach.
QUALIFICATIONS
