Summary:
The Patient Access Representative Lead position plays an important role in guiding the team members, motivating them to stay focused and achieving various goals. The job duties will include current Patient Access Representative duties and will also include being the point of contact for information distribution, common day-to-day operational issues (i.e.: schedule changes), resource person, authorized to take care of issues
Requirements:
Experience • Minimum five years’ experience in hospital registration or a comparable position preferred Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications • Certified Healthcare Access Associate through National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM) required
