Medical Front Desk Experience Preferred. Must be able to multi-task while providing excellent customer service with a great attitude and ability to keep a smile at all times.
Purpose:
To ensure patients are greeted promptly and checked in and checked out for their visits. We schedule in a way that promotes organized and designated treatment times while promoting clinic efficiency which includes educating patients on our cancellation/no show policy.
