Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Be over 18 years of age Possess a valid driver’s license

Job Duties/ Skills Required:
Completes mandatory training services for TANF program. Participate in scheduled, consistent supervision for TANF program. Screens eligible participants for TANF program by preparing and completing TANF documentation. Develop individualized service plans for each participant to address housing, income and resource needs. Conducts regular, monthly check-ins with participants to assess needs, track progress, address challenges and connect them with necessary resources, services and supports. Coordinates/schedules appointments and reminders notifications. Maintains participant charts and ensures appropriate documentation is completed at each contact. Promote the agency/program within the community. Commitment to the TANF program. Ability to work with diverse individuals/families/populations. Requirements Ability to exercise discretion and maintain client and employee confidentiality. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
