This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in customer service and front desk operations who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced medical setting. This individual should be detail-oriented, empathetic, and ready to be the welcoming face for our patients!
Schedule:
Full-Time Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
REPSONSIBILITIES
Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors with professionalism Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information Monitor and manage patient flow to support smooth operations Collaborate with clinical teams to resolve scheduling or patient service issues Answer multi-line phones, direct calls, and relay messages appropriately and efficiently Participate in daily team huddles and end-of-shift handoffs for effective communication Enroll patients and caregivers in the patient portal system Contribute to department goals and quality improvement projects Perform additional administrative or clerical tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required At least 1 year of customer service or front desk experience, preferably in healthcare Strong communication and multitasking skills! EPIC experience strongly preferred Friendly demeanor and professional appearance This is a Temp-To-Hire Opportunity! #AFTP123
