This report will be given to the Administrator weekly Assists patients, families and responsible parties in completing the admissions packet as needed Works collaboratively with appropriate staff to insure written or verbal consents are obtained We are proud to

Education:

Associates Degree in a related field

Professional Experience:

Preferably 5-8 years Experience in a related capacity Must have a Valid Driver’s License and reliable source of transportation Must be willing to travel Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
