In this front-line role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring each patient’s visit is smooth and welcoming—from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills, familiarity with dental office operations, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Primary Duties Greet patients warmly and assist them through the check-in process. Schedule and manage appointments using Dentrix software. Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. Clearly explain treatment options and services to patients. Respond to patient inquiries and concerns with care and efficiency. Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Assist with billing and collections following established procedures. Collaborate with clinical staff to support smooth day-to-day operations. Preferred Skills & Experience (Training provided for the right candidate) Previous experience in a dental office or similar administrative role is preferred. Knowledge of Dentrix or other dental software is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills, especially over the phone. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Understanding of treatment planning and billing processes is helpful. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to stay calm and professional in a busy environment.
