Job Description:
What You’ll Do:
Provide a weing and friendly first point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive experience. Perform receptionist, registration, and clerical duties to support patient care. Schedule appointments usingputerized scheduling programs. Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations as needed. Process payments, including co-pays and deductibles, and refer patients to financial counselors when necessary. Ensure timely and accurate entry of patient demographic, billing, and clinical information. Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong customer service andmunication skills. Ability to multitask in a busy medical office setting. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling systems is preferred.
