Join our fast-paced, patient-focused Gastroenterology team as a Pre-Procedure information assistant, where your organizational skills and attention to detail will directly impact the quality of care we provide. In this vital administrative support role, you’ll be the final checkpoint before procedures—ensuring patient information is accurate, complete, and ready for our clinical team.

What you’ll do:
Patient Information Collection:
+ Compile, review, and organize patient health data and procedural details for endoscopy providers. + Ensure all required documentation, records, and referrals are complete and up to date. + Communicate with clinical staff to confirm and clarify information when needed. Procedure Preparation + Coordinate last-minute changes and updates with agility and professionalism. + Assemble procedure packets and manage incoming/outgoing communication as needed. Administrative Support + Obtain appropriate anticoagulation clearances. + Assist in communicating procedural information to patients. + Perform data entry and maintain electronic health records using appropriate software and tools.
Qualifications & Desired Skills:
+ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. + Strong attention to detail—accuracy is key in this role. + A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn. + Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person. + Prior experience in a healthcare or administrative setting is preferred.
