Job Description

Patient Service Representative – MH Walk-In Care D at MaineHealth in Damariscotta, Maine, United States Job Description Description Lincoln Hospital Clerical/Administrative Support
Req #: 19642 This is a per diem – as needed position.

Position Summary:

Walk-in Care is a high paced, busy practice that sees every type of patient from newborn to geriatric, all types of injuries/illnesses. The PSR will be greeting patients in a friendly and courteous manner, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties. The PSR will also collect, verify, enter, and monitor patient data while complying with the federal, state and MaineHealth confidentiality policies. The PSR will also be working with Primary Care Department in the same location and performing the same office duties.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education:

Associate’s Degree or equivalent or six months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
