Seal Rock Healthcare, part of the Atlantic Heights Community, is a fully-licensed Medicaid/Medicare-certified facility offering 105 beds. Our Maintenance Team at Seal Rock supports our entire Atlantic Heights Community which includes The Inn, an 80 apartment assisted living and The Cottages, 45 independent living cottages. Would people describe you as an organized and detail-oriented worker? + Our dietary team offers meal plans that address the needs of residents who might have difficulty chewing, swallowing, or feeding themselves. + Also, in order to meet the nutritional needs of our residents, our meal plans must take into account their physical, mental, and emotional health. + Finally, we must take into account each resident’s individual dietary needs and preferences. The Dietary Office Clerk assists our residents with menu selections and ensures that residents’ dietary information is clearly and properly entered into the computer.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
+ Enters all newly admitted patients/residents’ dietary information into the computer and updates any changes for current patients/residents. + Pass out weekly menus to all patients/residents for the following week, assist patients/residents as needed with their weekly meal selections. + Make changes to menus and on the computer as necessary. + Tally completed menus as they come in and update with any menus turned in late. + Compare turned-in menus to the patient/resident listing to make sure all menus are returned if not go to help patient/residents with missing menus. + Print out a patient/resident listing daily for the cooks. + Cut menus for the next day and organize them in order. + Stock the serveries (kitchenettes). + Works the meal line. High School Student, High School Graduate, or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience :
