The Patient Service Representative will be responsible for: answering the phone, greeting patients when they arrive, checking patients in, pre-registration, collecting insurance information, scheduling patient appointments and other office duties as needed. Qualified candidates must have 1 or more years of medical office experience, be self directed and able to work as a team, have excellent customer service skills both on the phone and in person, computer skills, be able to multitask in a fast paced environment all while having great attention to detail, and be flexible.
