What You’ll Do:
Welcome and manage referrals, serving as the first point of contact for individuals seeking our services. Coordinate with clinical and operations teams to match individuals with the right support. Administer the intake process by collecting, verifying, and recording all necessary information. Maintain accurate files and ensure all intake paperwork is complete. Resolve documentation issues quickly to prevent delays in service. Verify funding and insurance coverage arrangements. Complete all required reports in compliance with standards. Support families and team members by answering administrative questions and assisting in crisis situations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field (or equivalent experience). Two years of relevant experience preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Commitment to the company’s mission and values. Why Join Us?
